Annie Jewell Knight was born July 2, 1951 in Banks, AL to the late Mike McKnight Fagin and Mary Frances Armstrong. She later moved to Twin Lakes, FL with her family as a young child. She was one of eight children. During her marriage to Noel knight they had six children, she also raised a seventh child.

She gave her life to Christ as a young adult and she never wavered from her faith. She trained her children to love and reverence the Lord. Whenever she met someone she witnessed to them and asked if they knew where they would go if they died. She prayed without ceasing for her children, grandchildren and family. Jewell had the heart of a servant, she put everyone’s wants and needs above her own.

She was preceded in death by both parents, her oldest sister Ann Mell Davis and her son Leonard Knight. She leaves to cherish her memories six children, Adrian Knight of Inverness, FL; Shonda Mitchell (Keith) of Orlando, FL; Wanda Young (Lee) of Jacksonville, FL; Ramona Harris (Derrick) of Brooksville, FL; Darick Knight (Patricia) of Spring Hill, FL and Demaria  Stanton of Spring Hill, FL; one brother Willie Armstrong of Virginia; five sisters Cora Munford (Eddie) of Brooksville, FL; Annie Ester Bell, Roberta Smith (Jose); Mary Maner (Frank) all of Orlando, FL and Martha Dixon (Jerry) of Apopka, FL; eighteen grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
