Arthur was born November 12, 1955 to the late Arthur Clarke, Sr. And Lillie Mae Clarke-Garvin.
During his life journey he lived in Tampa, FL, Brooksville, FL and Georgia. He worked up until his retirement as a custodian.
Arthur loved family and friends. He smiled and shared his love with everyone. If you needed him to man the grill, that was his specialty. No one could dress sharper and have a cleaner car than him.

He leaves to cherish is fond memories, mother, Lillie Mae Clarke-Garvin; companion, Linda Clarke; 2 sons, Bernard Levingston (Mary) and Joseph Thomas; daughter Tamika Thomas; 2 brothers, Tommie Clarke (Paula) and Detrick Clarke(Ashley); 2 sisters, Ruthie Clarke and Brenda Smith (Theotis); grandchildren, Samantha and Bernard Levingston, Jr. and Darrin Mobley, Jr.; 2 step-daughters, Frankie Plummer (Lyle) and Teresa Robinson; 2 step-sons , Thomas Scrivens (Kenetta) and Fred Scrivens (LaSonta); several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special aunt, Landonia Hardwick and daughter Daisy; uncle, Albert Florence (Amelia); great-aunt, Nelly Fann; a host of family in Pelham, GA and Thomasville, GA; Special Niece Talesia Clarke; Special Family, Lucy Clarke and Family; Special Friend, Derrick Brown; several nieces, nephews and other sorrowing friends.
