Marital Status:       United in Holy Matrimony to Jane Frances McRae

After his tour of duties in the U.S. Army he was employed at Soil Conservation Service.  He retired after 37 years of dedicated service.

One brother preceded him in death, Edward Maura.

He leaves to carry on his legacy a loving and devoted wife, Jane Frances, Brooksville, FL; three sons, Clarence (Lori) Maura III, Ocoee, FL; Nathaniel Maura, Spring Hill, FL; Christopher (Michelle) Maura, LaGrange, GA; six brothers:  Bishop Douglas (Mary) Maura, Spring Hill, FL; Fredrick (Kinsey) Maura, Brooksville, FL; George Maura, Crystal River, FL; Ivan Daniel Spears and Kenneth Spears, Demopolis, AL; Jeffrey (Tara) Spears, Montgomery, AL; two sisters:  Hazel (Elmore) Maner and Lenora Spears, Demopolis, AL; John Henry Spears (Step-father); seven grandchildren:  Christian, Christopher Jr., NaJanae, Alexander, Courtney, Cierra and Carson; brothers-in-law:  Nathaniel McRae (Donna), Lawrenceville, GA, Peter Burnett (Dorothy), Manassas, VA, William McRae III, San Jose, CA; sisters-in-law:   Mary McRae, McCordsville, Indiana, Jacqueline McRae, Winter Haven, FL; god-daughters:  Leoneddra and Michelle; aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
