Deacon Frank Brown, Sr.
Deacon Frank Brown, Sr. was born on September 15, 1918 in Walterboro, South Carolina, to the late Joe and Laura Brown.
He served his country as a World War II Army Veteran, (Armor and Chauffeur). He was employed in Dade City for many years as a Field Forman/Mechanic for Jimmy Futch Inc. He was a Deacon of Mt. Moriah M. B. Church for many years.
He is survived by a loving and devoted wife, Marie C. Brown of Dade City, Florida; one son, Frank Brown, Jr. (Shirley) of Yorktown, Virginia, Joe Brown (deceased); two daughters, Rebecca James of Walterboro, South Carolina and Margret Brown of New York, New York; four stepsons, Luther E. Cason (Mary), Louis H. Carter (Wanda), Clyde E. Carter (Paula) and Martin D. Carter, William E. Carter, Jr. (deceased); two stepdaughters, Rejoyce Carter and Agnes Phelps (James), Delia K. Carter (deceased); grandchildren, Marvin Brown of Atlanta, Georgia, Monica Brown, Frank Brown III of Virginia, Ricky Brown of Maryland and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by many other family members and friends.
