Christian Experiences: At an early age Deacon Maner attended St. James Missionary Baptist Church of Allendale, SC; gave his life to Christ in 1996; was a very faithful and humble deacon of Holy Band D.T.

Life Legacy:  He was a mentor to all those whom he came in contact with.
 
Survivors:   He leaves to treasure his beautiful memories, his virtuous wife, Bonita W. Maner; four sons, Joe Maner, Jr. (Ashley) of Tampa, FL, Tyrone (DeDe) Maner, Robert West (Melissa) and Carnell  Waddy of Brooksville, FL; three daughters, Charlene Twiggs (Willie) and Nae’Jessica Maner all of Brooksville, FL and Bernita Montique Harris (Kelsey) of Orlando, FL; one brother, Frank (Stumpie) Maner (Queenie); one sister, Mary (MaMa) Maner (Timmy); spiritual sister, Elder Rebecca Pope of Brooksville, FL; spiritual brother, Elder Emanuel Turner (Flora) of Brooksville, FL;  two aunts, Sara Roush of Sanford, FL and Hattie Chalton of Philadelphia, PA; one uncle, LeRoy Maner of Allendale, SC; mother-in-law, Leontine Clayton of Brooksville, FL; multitude of grands, great-grands, God-children, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
