 Education:  She attended school in Pine Grove School in Blitchton, Florida and Howard Academy, in Ocala, Florida.

Affiliation: Â Â Â At an early age she was converted and baptized at St. Hawthrone Primitive Baptist Church, in Blitchton, Florida. She was an active member and served as Sunday School Secretary. She joined Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and later moved her membership to The First Assembly of God until her demise. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #77.
