James was born January 8, 1952. He was born in Selma, Alabama. During his early years, he moved Brooksville, FL with his family. He was employed working in construction in Miami, FL and returned back home to Brooksville, FL in 1989.Â
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving parents, George and Ethel Outlaw; three children, Octavia Drake of Miami, FL, Cory Daniels of Ft. Lauderdale and Anthony Daniels of Brooksville, FL; six step-children, Mary Nquyen, Ty Nquyen, Tan Nguyen, Regina Fields, Otis Williams and Sierra Williams of Tampa, FL; four sisters, Barbara Brown, Vernessa Saxton, Sharon Lazenby (Michael), and Angela Outlaw all of Brooksville, FL; four brothers, James Bendford (Brenda) of Spring Hill, FL, Willie Outlaw, George Outlaw, Jr. and Johnathan Outlaw (Wanda) all of Brooksville, FL; 19 grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends and other love ones. Special aunt, Mamie Davis, close friend, Leon Lenard. He was preceded in death by a loving wife Angelic Drake, grandson, Isaiah Daniels, sisters - Georgia Ann, Lois and Ernestine.
