Obituary for LEE ANDREW LAWSON
Lee Andrew Lawson, 73, of Brooksville, FL died Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.Lee Andrew Lawson, the fourth of nine children born to the late Andrew and Eliza Lawson. He was born January 20, 1933 in Brooksville, Florida.He attended Moton high School in Brooksville, Florida. he joined Mount Zion A.M.E. church at an early age, where he served faithfully until his health failed. He was one of the first black Deputy Sheriffs' in Hernando County wehre he served for 12 years. He gave so much to his family and frinds with his talent of repairing automobiles, lending a helping hand, being there whenever he was needed, and hosting his grandchildren, nieces and nephews in his home. In his life he also enjoyed making others happy in his on special way by being  kind-hearted to everyone he met.He is survived by: wife, Beulah Lawson: one son, Robert Lawson (Wanda) of Daytona Beach, FL; three daughters, Martha Maner (Joseph) , Tiffany Adams (Eric) both of Brooksville, FL and Michelle Jackson (Robert) of Dunnellon, FL; one special nephew Franklin Oliver II of Brooksville, FL; one brother, Samuel L. Lawson (Annie Mae) of Brooksville, FL; four sisters, Clara Higgins (Joesph), Francis Oliver both of Brooksville, FL, Erma Willis of Lakeland, FL and Marian Spires of Bradention, FL; five sisters-in-law; sillar Townsend (Charles) of Brooksville, Florida, Sillar Lawson, Lille Stephes, Martha Lawson, and Sarah Bennett, all of Brooksville, Florida; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Viewing:     Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Brooksville Chapel  ~ 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Services:    Saturday, September 30, 2006 ~ 11:00 a.m.                   Faith Presbyterian Church ~ 200 Mount Fair Avenue ~ Brooksville, FL                  Rev.
