Lillie Bell Stephens
 
On this day we celebrate the home going Sister Lillie Bell Stephens, who was called to her glorious  heavenly home on  July 5, 2009 at Brooksville Regional hospital at 6:10 A.M.
 
Lillie B. Stephens was born to the late Lannie and Annie Huggins on September 11, 1943. She was a devoted wife to James Stephens for 44 years until his demise in 2005.
 
She was a devoted member of Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church of Mondon Hill where she was a member in the Senior Choir, President of the Usher Board, Director of Young People Department Choir for many years and served on the Food Committee.
 
She retired from Lykes Memorial Hospital  after 38 years as a cook. Also, Lillie was known for catering banquets, weddings, and many other functions in the community and surrounding areas.
 
She leaves to cherish her memory: three loving sons, Leonus Charles Brown (Marie), James Christopher Stephens (Rebecca) and Kenneth Lorenzo Stephens all of Brooksville, FL; one loving and devoted daughter, Chantel Monise Stephens of Brooksville, FL; two step-children, Joe Watts and Willie Watts; three sisters, Sillar Townsend (Charles) Beaulah Lawson and Sarah Bennett; twin brother, Robert Huggins (Diane); two loving aunts, Ruby Fletcher and Inez Inmon (William); one sister-in-law, Jenny Thompson (Laschelle) of Orlando, FL; one brother-in-law, John Stephens (Shirley) of Palatka, FL; ten grandchildren, Deanna Brown, Porsche Brown, Chelsea Blunt, Chelsea Stephens, Jacole Stephens, Amanuel Stephens, Jeffrey J. Stephens, James J. Stephens and Kentedrick Stephens all of Brooksville, FL; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
