A Time To Be Born:
Deacon Manuel Williams, Jr. was born to the late Mr. Manuel Williams, Sr. and Sarah Lee Williams on August 29, 1928 in Lacoochee, FL.

A Time To Plant:
At an early age Deacon Williams attended Greater Mount Moriah M. B. Church. He later joined the same church as a young man in 1956 under the spiritual leadership of the late Rev. Remrick. He was ordained as a Deacon on the first Sunday in 1959. He served faithfully at Greater Mount Moriah M.B. Church for forty seven years. He later joined First Mount Pleasant M.B. Church where he served until he was overcome by illness. He was educated in the public school district of Pasco County.

A Time To Love:
Deacon Williams married two young ladies that captured his heart during his life time. The first matrimony was to Mrs. Cordel Lawrence Williams. The couple was married for thirty two years and union was blessed with eight children. The second marriage was to Mrs. Barbara A. Green Williams. No children were born of this union. The couple was married until his untimely demise. The couple shared twenty three loving years together.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory a wife, Barbara A. Williams and seven children, Helen S. Williams, Brooksville, FL; Joyce L. Harrold (Fred), Dade City, FL; Lounita Gray (Fredrick), Dade City, FL; Christopher Williams (Juanita), Brooksville, FL; Ollie Mae Hicks (Lamar), Dade City, FL; Denise Simmons (Donnie,Sr.), Dade City, FL; Mary E. Williams, Lacoochee, FL. He also leaves several sisters and a brother, Julia M. Williams; Shirley A. Sanders (Albert); all of Lacoochee, FL; Joan Day, Dade City, FL; and Alvin Williams, Melbourne, FL; Brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; Robert McFadden (Betty), Dade City, FL; Roberta M. Williams (Robert), Tampa, FL; Rosalyn Grubbs (James), Zellwood, FL; Thelma Green, Mae Ollie Rose, James Crenshaw, all of Lake Placid, FL. A god-sister, Altamese Wrispus. Deacon Williams was blessed with nineteen grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and special grandchildren, Stephanie Williams, Thusitha Williams and Teshanna Futch and multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
