Obituary
Martha Cooper Delaine
In the stillness of the night before she went to sleep, she prayed that God would take over to dissolve any problems she could not handle. She met another day where all her cares where swept away. She slept right on away on July 4th 2009 around 8:35 am “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”.
On this day we celebrate the homegoing of Martha Cooper Delaine.
Martha Cooper Delaine was born on August 10th 1925 to the late Eddie and Annie Lou Cooper in Brooksville, Florida. She was married to the late William R. Delaine. She was a devoted, loving and caring wife. She bore no children but she was a mother to many. Her caring smile, her loving touch, her patience and sturdiness made her a women of true valor.
She was educated in the Hernando County School System. She worked for many years Weeki Wachee Springs. She was a member in many organizations, but the best member of all was that she belonged to the body of Christ; she attended Bethlehem Progressive Baptist Church. Where she was a dedicated and loyal member.
Love ones: God is always greatest when we’re helpless, lost and small. No day is unmeetable when our first thought is in God. So meet him in the morning and go with him thru out the day, so never in your lifetime will you have another hopeless day.
