OBITUARY 
Name: Mattie B. Goodson
 
Born: August 26, 1919
Parents: Walter and Ella Davis
Demise: March 23, 2009
 
Mrs. Mattie Goodson moved to Brooksville, FL from Prattville, AL over fifty years ago. She joined Holy Band Church and became a Mother of the church where she served faithfully until her health began to fail.
 
She leaves to cherish her loving memories: one son, Leroy Goodson, Jr. (Nadine) of Brooksville, FL; one cherished daughter, Shelby Jalycee DeRamus of Brooksville, FL; one brother, McKinley Davis of Prattville, AL; one sister, Alberta Henderson of Cleveland, OH; three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, a very special niece, Karla Stewart (Rev. D. Stewart); a host of grands, great-grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing relatives, friends, a number of God children and three special devoted neighbors, Kimberly McNeal, April O’Berry and Sharon Montgomery.
