Marquis Donnell Taylor was born August 1, 1980 in Brooksville, FL to Charleen Williams and Walter Taylor, Sr.
Marquis (Piggy) was a devoted and loving son to his mother. He was a fun and loving family oriented young man; that came from a large family, and he loved them all. Marquis was a sharp dresser, loved to cook, grill and entertain his family. He worked with Davey Tree Service for over 10 years before his employment with the City of Brooksville. Marquis was a Utility Specialist for the City of Brooksville at the time of his demise.
He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish fond memories, a loving and devoted mother, Charleen Williams; father Walter Taylor, Sr.; a devoted loving father Henry Scrivens; two sons, Jase Taylor and Devon Laufenberg; devoted and loving brother, Desnik “Red” Williams; three brothers, Robert Taylor, Ricky Taylor and Walter Taylor III; two loving and devoted sisters, Kendra Duncan and Tamara Duncan; five step-sisters; two step-brothers; nephew, DeAndre Goodson; niece, Destiny Williams; loving and devoted aunt, Roxanne Williams (Roy); aunt, Mary Johnson (Johnny); great-aunts, Hattie Washington, Matilda Holland (Bobby), Bertha Reese (Jessie), Venda Marcus and Joyce Waddy; three uncles, Charlie Williams, Kenneth Williams (Theresa) and Larry Williams; five great-uncles, Eddie Warren, Sr., James Warren, Sr., Howard Warren, Charles Hart and Andrew Williams; great-great-aunt, Margie Thomas; first cousins Tierra Goodson, Chad Williams, Bradley Williams, Cimaya Williams and Troy Grant, Jr.; God-brother, Tellius Johnson; special niece, Staci Scrivens; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and love him.
