Mozella Davis Milliner, the third of four children born to the late Arthur Sam Davis and the late Pearl Scott Davis, was born on April 15, 1936 in Archer, Florida. Mozella transformed into a beautiful angel wose smile would lighten up a room! Later in life she met and married Ishmel Hickman and to this union, three children were born. Mozella worked serveral years in Culinary Arts where she enjoyed serving her family, community and fellowman according to God’s will. She was also a long term pharmacy associate as well as a loving and compassionate child care provider. After the death of Ishmel, Mozella met and married Earl Milliner in 1987, then moved to Pascagoula, Mississippi where she remained for several years. In 2005, Mozella and her husband returned to Florida; she remained a loving and caring wife until his demise.

On November 5, 2013 at 3:31 a.m., Mozella departed this life and entered into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She leaves to treasure her loving memories: children: Kelly Hickman (preceded in death), Rodney Hickman from Brooksville, FL, a devoted daughter Gernita Hickman from Brooksville, FL; step children : Rosie L. Norfleet (Henry Sewell) from Uniontown, AL; Ishmon Strothers, Eugene Strothers (Denise) all from Brooksville, FL; sisters: Mable Cook, Annie Jackson (James) from Clearwater, FL; grandchildren: Kaveyon Kyshon Trammell-Hickman, LaQuan Hickman Ssanchez, Ty-Chenia Hickman, Rodney Hickman, Jr., Anthony Strothers, Raymonte Norfleet, Calem & Caleb Strothers; 3 great-grandchildren; a host nieces, nephews, cousins, God-daughters: Linda Walk, Kimberly Harris Williams, Drames Robinson, Niove Hernandez and life-long friends Ophelia Nelson, Ella Corley & Isabel Harris.
