Pearlie Swackard Brown was born November 25, 1951 to the late Willie and Minnie Swackard.

Pearlie boarded the train bound for glory after a long trip to the heavenly station on August 22, 2011.
Â
She was educated in the Hernando County School System, where she was also employed for twenty plus years. She will be remembered always for the hearty meals she prepared, her love for shopping, her sharp attire and her love for her family. Pearlie truly loved God and His people.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Rev. Walker Lee Brown, Sr.; three daughters, Paralee Woods, Minnie Woods, and Catina Clarke (Germaine); two sons, Mondrell Brown (Annette) and Walker Lee Brown, Jr.; five sisters, Beatrice Owens, Lucy Duncan, Rose Wright, Debra Stephens and Delois Swackard; two brothers, Willie Swackard, Jr. (Daisy) and Rev. David L. Swackard, Sr. (Arleatha); one sister-in-law, Patricia Jackson; one brother-in-law, Harry Jackson, nineteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.
