Mr. Peter Louis Burnett Sr.
Mr. Peter Louis Burnett Sr. was born on December 22, 1933 in Uniontown, Alabama. He received his education from the Alabama Schools System. Mr. Peter later relocated to Brooksville, Florida in 1952. He was a heavy equipment operator for 45 years. He was a loyal and supportive husband, father to his children, immediate family, and extended family. He was preceded in death by a beautiful and loving wife Dorothy Mae Burnett, a loving and devoted mother Eugenia Burnett Waddy, father Jimmy Key, a loving sister Mary Bernice Newton, a loving nephew Henry Harris Jr., and a reared grandchild Richelle Le’Jenae Hart.
He leaves to cherish his memories, six loving and devoted children: Four sons, Retired Colonel Peter Louis Burnett Jr. (Dorothy)of Manassas, VA; Honorable Reverend Frankie Lee Burnett (Melissa) of Brooksville, FL; Tyron Williams (Patricia) of Tampa, FL; Charles “Kojack” Burnett of Brooksville, FL; Two daughters, Sandra Jean Burnett of Brooksville, FL; and Shawn Nicholette Burnett of Atlanta, GA. Adopted God-given children: Robert Kontay Burnett, Elsie Burnett, and Keisha Burnett. Grandchildren: Delecia Burnett, Nicole Burnett, Fabian Burnett Sr., Farrah Burnett, Jade Burnett, Peter Burnett III, Shawntia Burnett, Robin Burnett, Tyronese Hollinger, Roshuwn Bivens, Tyron Williams II, Tyrell Williams, Tyra Cooper Williams, Faith Roberts, Alyssa Jackson, Angela Maner, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Reared grandchildren: Jamar Maner, Richard Hart Jr. and Heaven Lee. Three devoted and compassionate nieces: Evangelist Mary Louise Williams, Martha Carol Maner (Joseph) and Patricia Burnett. Reared as sister and brother: Emma Lou Burnett of Uniontown, Alabama. Other special relatives: Angel Bernice Smith, Thomas C. Williams, Jowatha Maner, JoSandra Maner Mason (Danny), and Jacqueline Maner. Mr. Peter Louis Burnett Sr. also leaves to cherish his memories a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives, and sorrowing friends.
