Sachiko Okimoto Presley was born in Tokyo, Japan on September 1, 1927. She married the late Dolphus “Red” Presley on March 6, 1956 in Toyko, Japan. In 1957 she moved to Blanton, FL with her husband. She retired from Pasco County School System after working 29 years at Rodney B. Cox Elementary.
Sachiko gave so much love to her family and friends. She loved caring for others to ensure they were ok & happy. She enjoyed watching Hallmark movies & CMA, listening to country music, reading magazines & newspaper, shopping, and cooking.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters: Ms. Mechiko Presley of Dade City, FL; Ms. Debbie Harris of Brooksville, FL; two sons and her baby: Mr. Adolphus Raymond Presley (Theresa) of Holiday, FL; Mr. Robert Harris Sr. (Juanita) of Brooksville, FL; Jonathan Presley (April) of Orlando, FL; one adopted son, Rev. Jerry Russaw (Cookie) of Atlanta, GA; two brother-in-laws: Mr. James Pressley Sr. (Theresa) of Dade City, FL; Mr. Charles Pressley (Earnestine) of Dade City, FL; two sister-in-laws: Mrs. Carrie Vereen of Dade City, FL and Mrs. Eula Mae Griffith (James) of Augusta, GA; seven grandchildren: Andrew Presley, Joshua Presley, Wanda Lawson, Robert Harris Jr., Eric Harris, Connie Burton, Karen Harris; Special Nephew: James Pressley Jr. of Dade City, FL; Special Niece: Carolyn Daniels of Trilby, FL and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
