Obituary for Victoria P Hall
Victoria P. Hall was born on August 27, 1921 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Evelyn Cuff. She was baptized at an early age at St. Simon Episcopal Church. Later in life she joined New Psalmist Baptist Church in Philadelphia and after moving to Spring Hill, Florida she joined Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church with her late husband Enoch Hall.
Victoria received her education in the Philadelphia Public School System, graduating from South Philadelphia High School. Her first marriage was to the late Connie Conquest. Victoria worked as a seamstress and designer for the Alfred Angelo Bridal Gown Company until she retired.
In 1961 Victoria married the love of her life, the late Enoch Hall. Upon their retirement they moved to Hall’s home state of Florida. There they joined Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church where they forged many strong and loving relationships.
Victoria loved to cook, bake, crochet, sew, and word puzzles. She was also an avid reader. Victoria and Hall traveled extensively. She was also a lover of pets and never forgot her precious “Fustie”.
Victoria had an infectious smile and was always dressed in the latest style. She was very affectionate and caring. She was able to relate and talk to people of all ages. Some of her best friends were years younger than her.
She is survived by her Nephew, George Otey and his wife Debbie. Her loving adopted Daughter and Son, Elizabeth and Jesse Reyes. Her God Daughter, Dana and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
