Willie Austin Richardson
Willie Austin Richardson “Bill” was born to the late Austin and Ella Richardson on September 9, 1917 in Hernando County, Brooksville, FL.
He served his country in World War II for an extended period of time prior to settling in his hometown of Brooksville, laboring as a seasonal worker harvesting fruit.
He was known for his visibility in the community in which he visited the sick, his valued friends, and community neighbors. The final days of his life were spent calling on the name of Jesus. His fate was sealed.
He leaves to mourn three daughters: Doris Lynn of Brooksville, FL, Cynthia Ann of Brooksville, FL and Lavenia of Atlanta, GA; four sons, the late Willie “Rip” Richardson, Derrick (Ferdenia) of Columbia, SC, Bruce (Debra) of Columbia, SC and Mike of Gainesville, FL; one special granddaughter, Shiela Richardson of Brooksville, FL; and a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
