Hazel Louise Duncan was born on March 24, 1944 in Brooksville, Florida(Mobley Settlement) to the union of the late James Dixon and Charlotte E. Mobley Ector (L.G. of the Late Buster and Minnie Lester).
She was a very dedicated member of St. Paul Holiness Church of Deland, Florida.
Hazel received her education in Detroit Michigan as a Nurse and Practicing Physical Therapist at Mount Carmel Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
She was a dedicated Mother and devoted wife.
She is preceded in death by four sister, Flossie Mae Lindsey (Herman Fagan), Sussie A. Lindsey(Sammie Johnson), Anna Wese Burch and Willie Pearl Ector(late Clark); three sons, Joey Williams, Wally Williams and Willie Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Bobby L. Moses, her daughter Enilda Patterson(Bradley), two sons, Terrill Williams(Elishia) and Timothy Williams(Kathy), two step-daughters, Verna Rhoades(Samuel)and Amina Boomer(Late Jodie White), one brother, Walter Williams, and one sister, Dr. Theola D. Lindsey Norwood(late Johnnie Norwood), ten grandchildren, Jason L. Williams(Tomeko), Tyrone Paisley Williams, Joia Williams, Tereva Williams, Dae'jah Williams, Artesian Hines, Endea Dixon, Elias Tapia, Daniel Tapia, and Isiah Tapia; six great-grandchildren, Knowledge Williams, Kingston Williams, Halo Williams, Ja'Nie Shipman, Andrew Williams and Talayiah Paisley Williams, and a host of nieces and nephews.
