Curtis Langley, Jr.
Bro. Curtis Langley, Jr. was born in Brooksville, FL to the late Curtis Langley, Sr. and Betty Harris Langley on January 29, 1963. He was the oldest child of three children.
At an early age Curtis joined Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, where he attended until his health failed. His favorite saying was, “I Will Keep the Faith.” He graduated from Hernando High School Brooksville, FL in 1981. He was always a hard worker, he worked at Cox Lumber for three years.
On December 12, 2011, at 1:15 A.M. the Lord called Curtis from his labor to his rest, at his home 13312 Center Street, Dade City, FL.
His father Curtis Langley, Sr. preceded him in death.
Curtis leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted mother, Betty Langley of Dade City, FL; one brother Eugene Langley of Dade City, FL; one sister Brenda Greene (Leroy) of Brooksville, FL; a very devoted grandmother, Gracie Mae Harris of Brooksville, FL; one niece, Shalbetshla Greene of New York; seven nephews, Richard Frazier, Eugene Langley, Jr., Ryan Langley, Britt Langley, Rockkhem Greene, Jarrah Greene, Eric Riggins (Stephanie), four great-nephews, Eric Riggins, Jr. , Xaiver Riggins, Isaiah Riggins and Hezikiah Langley; three great nieces, Tori Tomlin, Keria Langley and Jayla Langley; three uncles, Willard Langley (Joann) of Ocala, FL, Henry Langley of St. Petersburg, FL and Henry Harris (Isabelle) of Brooksville, FL; nine aunts, Willie Mae Harris, Dorothy Hughes, Lucille Henry (Gene), Gloria Capehart (Joel) Judy Morris (Wilson), Jessie Johnson (Fay), Loretta Chamblee (Tony) of Hartford, CT, Linda Fribley and Sarah Langley of Orlando, FL; nine great aunts, two great uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
