On Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. the angels of silence came into Oak Hill Regional Hospital and with loving fingers sealed the lips of Birthell Chisolm Williams.

Upon her relocation to Brooksville, Birthell joined Allen Temple A.M.E. Church were she served with willingness, diligence, and faithfulness for 64 years. She was a Stewardess, President of the Senior Choir, and a member of Queen Elizabeth Chapter 122 Eastern Star.

Birthell touched many lives throughout the community with her kind heart and was well known for her excellent cooking abilities. Everyone was always warmly welcomed and one could never leave her house unfed. Family was very important to Birthell.
